By accessing and using the Panjeta Travels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
2. Service Description
Panjeta Travels provides premium taxi and transportation services including:
- Corporate taxi services
- Airport transfer services
- Long-term rental services
- On-call booking services
3. Booking and Reservations
Reservation Process: All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling our office. You must provide accurate information for your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur cancellation charges.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear for your scheduled service without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full service fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in your contract
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and waiting time
- Tax and applicable charges will be included in your final bill
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of Panjeta Travels services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for all bookings
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
- Keep vehicles clean and report any damage immediately
- Adhere to safety guidelines and instructions from drivers
- Not engage in illegal activities or substance use
6. Limitation of Liability
Panjeta Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Panjeta Travels website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Panjeta Travels and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
